Tegenaria gigantea?

The animal on the left hand side picture (click to enlarge) lives in the shelter, where I use to store my bicycles. I've been observing it for the last two years.

It seems obviously to be a member of the tegenaria domestica genus. But despite the fact that animals of that kind measure 9-10 mm in length, the spotted exemplar measures five times as much.

Unlike other tegenaria spiders, this one doesn't build a web. Concidering the size, it has to be a female spider. But I'm not quite sure, whether it is a member of the tegenaria domestica genus anyway. It might be a tegenaria gigantea, but spiders of that genus are not very common in Switzerland, as far as I know.
